Shipping

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Most of our products are shipped within two business days with a cooperating courier company.

The shipping costs are as follows:

➡️For orders below 49 € the shipping fee is 3 € per order

➡️For orders from 49 € and above the shipping is free

 

Pick up the order yourself

You can also pick up your order from our office – store in Athens yourself. All you have to do is to choose the local pickup option at the checkout page. In this case the shipping cost is free! Afterwards we will contact you to confirm the time and date for the collection.

Please do not pick up the order until we contact you first to ensure that it is ready. The order must be collected within 5 days after the notification day. Our working hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 – 18:00.

 

Shipping times

Orders placed before 14:00 are usually shipped the same day, as long as all products are available. If for any reason some of the products in your order are out of stock we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

The product are usually delivered the next business day of shipment or within 48 hours. Some islands and remote areas may need an extra day or two. Please note there are no courier deliveries on the weekends.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

1. You do not receive them within the guaranteed time of 7 business days (not including 2 days processing).

2. You received the wrong or damaged item.

3. You do not want the product you have received. In this occasion, the customer must provide photos of the good condition of the item and apply for the refund within 14 days. The fee of the return is at the customer’s expense. We do not issue refunds after 14 days have passed from the purchase of the products.

 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returns

Our Returns Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt or the invoice.

In case the reason for return / change is due to an error of Dermacircle IKE or a defective product, the return costs are charged to us, otherwise the return costs are charged to the customer.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dermacircle.com and send your item to the address you will be referred to.
